Our Sales Policy:-
Our Online products are always hot and in great
demand, we may sometimes out of stock due to
unforeseen circumstances.
No doubt it is very rare that could happen, but
if that be the case, we assure you that your
payment will be fully refunded within 24 hours
by E-transfer through Paypal or by credit card.
Our Return Policy:-
Merchandise Returns:-
Defective returns are for replacement only.
Defective returns are eligible for return only
within 30 days upon receipt of package. After 30
days, buyer must return the product to the
manufacturer's authorized warranty station for
warranty repair.
In returning, all items must be returned
complete and with all original
parts/documentation. Incomplete returns will not
be acceptable. Non-defective product will not
accept for return.
A Return Authorization (R.A.) number must
obtained from us prior to the return of any
merchandise. Product returned will not be
acceptable without a R.A. number . RA numbers
are valid for a period of thirty (30) days only.
If you fail to return merchandise within 30
days, a new RA number must be issued.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and
double boxed with the R.A. number displayed on
the exterior of the package.
Allow 14-21 business days for processing
returns. Replacement will be sent until we had
received and examined the returned merchandise.
Damage/Loss:-
All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed
with delivering carrier within 15 days of
receipt. We cannot file this for you. Save all
boxes & packing material ! All claims for
shortages/mis-shipments/mis-billings must be
made within 10 days of receipt.
Shipping Information:-
All orders will be processed immediately &
shipped within 72 hours on business days upon
receipt of payment. Transit time of UPS ground
service varies from 1 day to 6 business days
based on location of your postal zip code
nationwide.
All package ship by UPS ground service within 48
States nationwide. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii
, Puerto Rico by UPS 2nd day Air and Canada by
UPS Standard or FedEx 2nd day Air !
Please email us for freight to these locations
with City and Postal Zip Code before you bid the
auction. Kindly also note that custom charges
and/or import fees may apply on Canada orders.
We accept no shipment to APO'S, FPO'S or POBOX
addresses.
Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards including Visa,
Mastercard, and Discover for payment through
Paypal.
At this time, we cannot process orders for
credit cards with an international billing
address or for credit cards issued by a bank
outside the United States.
Note: Please be sure to provide your exact
billing address and telephone number (the
address and phone number your credit card bank
has on file for you) when completing your order.
Incorrect information will cause a delay or
cancellation of your order.
Please take note that we do not accept Money
Orders, Cashiers Checks & Company Checks at this
time.
